Purplish Return & Refund Policy
- We will accept all returns within 14 days after the delivery date for UK customers and 21 days for non UK customers. During the Christmas period any orders from the 4th December to 21st December can be returned up to the 10th January 2018 if unwanted or unsuitable provided they are in perfect condition (unworn and unwashed) and with an invoice.
- Refunds are only granted on items returned in their original condition, unworn and with labels attached.
- Refunds will always be refunded back to your original payment method.
- We are not responsible for paying for the return of goods however we will pay the return shipping costs if you receive an incorrect or faulty item.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for UK refunds to be processed and up to 15 working days on International refunds.
- Please note that international duties and taxes that may have been added to non-EU orders cannot be refunded by us and should be reclaimed directly from the tax authorities of the respective country of delivery.

PURPLISH does whole sale / Web retail only. Any items with our brand bought from any other business outlets but if you would like to return, please visit local store where you purchased the item for further exchanging or refunding.
