Return & Refunding Policy
Terms of Returning & Refunding & Exchanging
If after you have purchased your item(s), If there is any reason that you are not completely delighted with your purchase, we will happily accept a return for an exchange or fully refunding to you.
* Our sale products are not refundable.
* We are not responsible for paying for the return of goods.
* We offer a refund to customers who have informed us within 14 days of
receiving goods that you would like to cancel.
* Any refund claim must be based on reasonable cause; e.g. defective goods
etc. If this is unable to be provided, we reserve the right to reject a refund
* Customers are recommended to request a refund by email. email@example.com
Also please note that all returning items
* Must be in good condition as original, free from mark or damages or perfume.
* Must be with tag and inner label.
* Must be returned within in 14 days of receipt date / 21 day for Non UK customer .
* Must be returned with validated receipt together.
If there is any issue for the returning item(s) does not meet the above condition, we are not fully responsible for refunding or exchanging.
We will process the refunding or exchange after received the returning items back.
Please complete the returning form to inform us before returning the item, we will be unable to accept any items that returned without following by these instructions.

PURPLISH does whole sale / Web retail only. Any items with our brand bought from any other business outlets but if you would like to return, please visit local store where you purchased the item for further exchanging or refunding.
